Where do you work and what do you do? I work for Food Northwest, trade association of food manufacturers in the Pacific Northwest. I am Policy Director working on Sustainability, Recycling, Environmental and Food Safety issues.

Tell us about your business/organization's recycling/sustainability practices. We currently have two depots and recycle cardboard, newspaper/office paper, glass, scrap metal and aluminum, plastic milk jugs, E-waste. We have a clean wood pile that we grind for Hog Fuel and a small compost operation that consists of yard waste, clean wood and food waste.
