This year’s Keynote Presentation will feature Jordan Figuerido of the @UglyFruitAndVeg Campaign. 

Table Topics will once again be featured during the Networking Breakfast on Thursday, June 9th, at Sustainable Oregon 2016.

Table Topics are small group discussions on relevant issues facing our industry at the local, state, and national level. 

Topics at this year's conference include wasted food prevention and food rescue, and we are looking for more! 

Sustainable Oregon 2016, AOR’s 38th annual conference, will be held at the Double Tree Hotel at the Lloyd Center in Portland, Oregon on June 8-10.

We are expecting approximately 300 people representing a diversity of the recycling industry in Oregon and the Northwest. AOR wants to get your input on relevant and exciting speakers and session topics, and is now collecting session proposals.

What has the AOR Board been up to this past year and where should we direct our attentions this upcoming year? These questions are the central focus of the AOR: The Year in Review conference session next week in Bend.

All of AOR's Board members, plus our lobbyist, will deliver short presentations on a wide range of AOR's activities in the past year. Here's a sneak peek at what we'll be talking about:

AOR will hold board elections at the annual member meeting at Sustainable Oregon 2015 during lunch on Thursday, June 4. Several positions are up for election: Education Chair, Legislative Chair, Markets Chair, and Treasurer.
