A public hearing to consider additional amendments to the Plastic Pollution & Recycling Modernization Act (currently SB 582-1) has been scheduled for Thursday, April 8 at 1 pm. The hearing agenda is posted on the Senate Committee on Energy & Environment's website here. Signing up to provide oral or written testimony is available through the testimony submission form. A summary of the new amendment will be posted to DEQ's website soon.

A work session will follow the public hearing on Tuesday, April 13 at 1 pm. The work session agenda is posted on the Committee's website here.
