WEBINAR: Making the Case for Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion

The first of NERC's four-part Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Training Series for recycling and solid waste management is about Making the Case for DE&I. Training 1 will include presentations and discussions about building the foundation for DE&I in the workplace.

Presenters: 

• Tamara Lundgren and Stef Murray, Schnitzer Steel Industries, Inc.– will present a case study about the direction their company takes in making the business case for DE&I, and the resources used that fueled their efforts.
• Cheryl Coleman, ISRI – will focus on how to make diversity, equity and inclusion part of sustainability goals and workplace culture by prioritizing it in everyday practices.
