DEQ will be holding the fourth Recycling Modernization Act Rulemaking Advisory Committee meeting from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Jan. 11, 2023.

DEQ will be presenting rule concepts related to the second portion Materials List topic and will be providing follow-up information regarding the topics presented during the third RAC meeting.
