What does your business/organization do? Oversight of solid waste & sustainability programs in Lincoln County. Cooperative program between County, cities, franchised haulers, transfer stations, and forest landowners.

Tell us about your business/organization's recycling/sustainability practices. I am new to Lincoln County and impressed with the forward thinking and proactive programs. From an expanding curbside organics collection program to community sustainability groups, I see many features found in metropolitan areas being successfully implemented here in a small rural community.

How would you describe your work culture? I love the SW community - this is not work, it is just what we do
