Join AOR for our full-day forum dedicated to unpacking the evolving landscape of Oregon’s iconic Bottle Bill and broader materials management policy. 

Despite changing retail and community dynamics, recent DHM survey findings show that public support for the Bottle Bill remains exceptionally strong. However, new grocer-backed legislation, shifting operational demands, and governance challenges present crucial decisions for the system's future.

This full-day, interactive forum brings together industry leaders, community advocates, workforce partners, and policymakers to reflect on where the Bottle Bill has been, address pressing legislative and operational challenges, and look ahead to upcoming legislative priorities—including the Recycling Modernization Act (RMA) strategies for the 2027 session.
