On April 13, 2016, Metro staff will make a presentation to the Metro Policy Advisory Committee (MPAC) on the Solid Waste Roadmap's Food Scraps Recovery project.

The intent of the presentation is to inform MPAC members of the region’s food scraps recovery efforts, introduce them to the Roadmap project, and let them know of the potential policy choices that the Metro Council will consider later this year. MPAC was introduced to the Solid Waste Roadmap initiative as a whole at two meetings last year.

The meeting will run from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. and be held in Council Chambers at the Metro Regional Center, 600 NE Grand Avenue.
