Portland Tribune reports that Wilsonvillle's SORT Bioenergy, believes it was denied due process by Metro in its consideration of the region's upcoming food scraps recycling contract.
Paul Woods, President of SORT Bioenergy, alleges Metro is colluding with Waste Management — the announced winner of the competitive process — and with Portland's Bureau of Environmental Services (BES), which is teaming with the industry giant.
