What is the name of your business or organization? HanerTech Electronics Recycling

What does your business/organization do? We recycle electronics on the coast. We also provide Secure data destruction services, Hard Drive shredding, as well as set up and configuration of new electronics.

Tell us about your business/organization's recycling/sustainability practices. Electronics are never thrown away at our company. We strive to put an end to Ewaste on the coast. We take our recycled electronics weekly to the scrapyard to be recycled. We also have a strict sorting practice of different types of Ewaste at our facility.

How would you describe your work culture? Very good for customers easy and simple drop off location open 7 days a week 8AM to 6PM. Our part time employees are also very happy with how we manage our business.

What motivates your employees to meet your recycling/sustainability goals? We Train our employees before we put them to work. They know how important correct sorting practices are for safety reasons and to save the environment.

If your business or organization was an animal, which one would it be and why? Our company is like a Bee. We collect lots of Ewaste to produce a more healthy environment.

How did you learn about AOR? We learned about AOR through google searches. We were looking for a in state program focused on recycling. Glad we found a good fit.
