What does your business/organization do? Depackaging of off spec food for use in animal feed

Tell us about your business/organization's recycling/sustainability practices: Our business is focused on recovering unused packaged food from distribution and manufacturing with the goal of using it to create valuable feed to be feed to animals. We have been up cycling food byproducts for 22 years this way. We work with multiple different recyclers of cardboard, plastics, metals and pallets to recover all that we can during our process.

What motivates your employees to meet your recycling/sustainability goals? The drive to continue to improve the process we have in place.

If your business or organization was an animal, which one would it be and why? Aardwolf because most people don’t know we exist.
