Last week the AOR membership gathered on the beautiful, albeit rainy, Oregon Coast for our 36th annual conference.  During Board elections members voted to fill several Board seats and we're thrilled to have so many new faces join the Board!

Please welcome Alex Bertolucci (Washington County) as Fundraising Chair, Gregg Hayward (City of Gresham) as Education Chair, and Laura Leebrick as Treasurer.  Pam Peck (Metro), former Education Chair, remains on the Board but has moved into the Legislative Chair position, and Vinod Singh (Far West Recycling) was re-elected to Markets Chair.

Of course, when we welcome new Board members we also are forced to say goodbye to outgoing members.  Fred Stemmler (Recology), Justin Gast (the Recycling Partnership), and Nick Isbister (City of Gresham) - thank you so much for your service to AOR these past few years!
