Metro’s WPES department is looking for a Senior Solid Waste Planner to manage complex procurement and contract activities, coordinate technical studies, and support the development of policy recommendations on key solid waste issues. This position works closely with staff across the department to develop Requests for Proposals (RFPs), manage contracts, evaluate bids, prepare technical analysis, define research methodologies, and present findings and recommendations to internal and external partners.
